Order Confirmation

Cash-on-Delivery orders may be confirmed through OTP, WhatsApp or a phone call before dispatch. Orders containing incomplete or unverifiable information may be placed on hold or cancelled.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Remote locations, public holidays or courier delays may require additional time.

• Standard delivery charges across Pakistan are Rs190.

Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and an active phone number. Please notify us immediately if any correction is required before dispatch.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or refusal at delivery, advance payment of the new delivery charges may be required before redispatch.

Parcel Inspection

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and share clear photographs or a video so we can resolve the matter fairly.
